I am Saddam Japhar from Kalaiya, Nepal, currently based in Houston, Texas. I am a Software Development Lead Engineer specializing in system design, architecture, and leveraging the latest technologies to solve real-world problems.

As Vice President of ANMS, I provide strategic leadership to foster community engagement, collaboration, and growth. I work to strengthen member connections, support meaningful initiatives, and create an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued. My goal is to make a lasting, positive impact on both our community and society.
